Each session begins with a gentle check-in, then unfolds intuitively - we listen to your body and allow her to set the pace.
I use deeply attuned, therapeutic touch to calm the nervous system, unwind tension, and invite your whole being to exhale.

Each session is unique.
There’s no agenda or protocol - only presence, intuition, and care.
My intention is always the same:
To meet you where you are.
To offer compassionate, therapeutic touch.
To hold space for you exhale and to come home - to your body, and to yourself.
This is an open-ended session (up to 3 hours) that gives you room to exhale without the rush - no pressure, no set timeline, no hurry to fit it all in against the clock.
We follow what your body reveals - allowing time for therapeutic touch, emotional release, stillness, or simply being supported, held - seen.
And if you've ever thought 'I wish I could just lay on this table a little while longer' - this is the session where that becomes reality.
You have permission at the end of the session to melt into the stillness alone on the table and in your body until you're ready to step back into your day.
These sessions are prorated - meaning you’ll only be charged for the time we’re together so if we end at the 2 hour mark that's the time you'll be billed for.
